Walk from your car to your accommodations without passing through any public areas. Swords Beach House is located on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach in an area called Laguna Beach. Laguna Beach has dedicated a mile of undeveloped beachfront for the enjoyment of this property owners. Less than 500 feet from the water’s edge, this 3-bedroom and 2-bath house is comfortably furnished sleeping 8 guests.

This second story house features a large chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, is fully loaded with premium kitchenware, and offers a glimpse of the ocean while standing at the kitchen sink. There is a large wrap around deck with space for dining, relaxing, or sunbathing. There is a spacious backyard and paved parking for 2 vehicles. The master bedroom and second bedroom feature comfortable queen beds and the third bedroom has two full size bunk beds that are perfect for the kids. For your convenience, the house includes a full laundry room. In short, this house has all the conveniences of home while enjoying your family vacation at the Gulf Coast’s most beautiful beach.

Nearby you will find The Carousel Market as well as other grocery stores, several restaurants & bars, and the famous Thomas’ Donuts. Pier Park is only 4 miles away and features a trove of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Enjoy a stroll along the pier or take in the sunset atop the Skywheel. There is no shortage of exciting options.

Golf Cart available for additional $75 fee

The Swords Beach House is best suited for one or two families and their children. We discourage more than 8 guests. If you want to accommodate more than 8 guests, even for one or two nights, contact us and we will discuss the additional daily fee.

The Swords Beach House is a 3-bedroom house built on pilings. The second story affords you better views, less noise, and better breezes. A small apartment is located under the house and may be occupied by renters.

There are four parking places on the property. You have access to two parking spots and the downstairs renters have two. If you have need for additional parking, you will have to find accommodations away from the property. All four parking spaces are covered by security cameras. If you choose to rent the golf cart, please park one of your cars in the concrete driveway, allowing you unfettered access to the golf cart.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.

Deposit Policy

Minimum rental age is 25 years old. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.

All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

Location was great, very friendly and quiet neighborhood. The house is two blocks from the beach which made it easy to run back and forth if you forget anything. Golf cart was very convenient and worth the $75. Upper balcony had a decent view both of the beach and downtown. Would stay here again with any group of 6 or less, 7 was a little tight.

Went down for family vacation and had an amazing time together. Spacious and nicely decorated. Had everything you need for cooking, cleaning, or playing games. Just a few blocks from the beach and they also have a house golf cart you can use. Even had an umbrella for the beach that we didn’t discover until the last day. Highly recommend, easy and friendly booking. The cherry on top-the owner is a ROLL TIDE fan!
