Two Bedroom, 2.5 Bath beach front townhouse. Full kitchen and a washer/dryer, Master bedroom has a queen bed, the guest bedroom has a set of full bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit also features two gulf view balconies, one off of the living room and one off of the master bedroom. Three flat screen tv's, 3 dvd players, Internet and WiFi available.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.

Deposit Policy

Minimum rental age is 25 years old. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.

All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

Very clean and Close to beach but 20 min drive to strip and attractions. Couldn’t hear tv in living room due to busted speakers in the tv. For $1300 you would think parking is included but not at this location. Check in process was difficult by having to drive 30 minutes out the way to get the keys to the property

Very disappointing - received no information regarding parking, beach access, construction was going on, screen door on the balcony was loose, the place was dirty with debris and tissues on the floor. There was no communication between the HOA and LSI. The location is good and an awesome seafood restaurant in walking distance with alligators, Publix 1 minute away, the beach is beautiful. But the condo (not a townhouse!) is very outdated.

I will not be using this property or management company ever again which I assume is a relief for both myself and LSI Right off the bat you have to drive to a different location 20+ minutes away from the unit to get keys. Do not arrive until you recieve the message from LSI that your unit is ready or you can expect to drive back to the office later. The lock on the door doesn't work so you only can use the deadbolt. upon entering you're greeted with Pinesol and mold smells. The tile grout was filthy and a completely different color than what it should be. There was old aluminum foil wrapped around the drip trays on the stove. They do sell new drip trays for a few dollars.... There is mold under the sink. There was mold in the fridge on the glass shelves. The dishes and knives were dirty with old food, I washed glasses and cutlery before we used it. We did not use the oven so I cannot speak to the state of the pots and pans. There was a huge moldy spot over the dining room table from a toilet leak upstairs. The carpet is filthy and sticky. The furniture is so dirty if you look at the flowers they are white on the side of the couch and brown on the armrests and where people sit. The doorwall lock in the master bedroom is missing. Normally this may not be a huge concern, but while we were there a construction crew was working outside on the decks and had scaffolding up so our whole house was open for anyone to come in. The tvs in the whole house have cables and boxes dangling. The master toilet ran the whole time we were there. Trash behind the doors and under tables and couches. The best part was the huge live ghost crab living there that we had to catch and get back to the beach. As the other person stated - other than the beach it is a disappointment.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They do not inform you that you will have to drive an extra hour to get the keys. Plus, they do not inform you that you can not use the balcony’s. You also get woke up at 7:00 by construction workers on your balcony without consent every day!! No TVs. You pay a $195 cleaning fee, then they ask you for $150 more for cleaning. HORRIBLE RENTERS, and a HORRIBLE place to stay!!!
