This 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom loft townhome features all the amenities of home. The fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing all your meals. With granite countertops, updated appliances, brew station, the kitchen is perfect for preparing all your family meals. This unit is furnished with updated furniture, the living room features, flat screened TV and DVD Player.
The Master bedroom features a King sized bed, flat screen TV and is adjacent to the downstairs full bathroom. Upstairs are 2 sets of bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom and twin bed on top, TV, and private bathroom. Amenities of this unit include complimentary WiFi, washer and dryer, and private enclosed patio is great for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Horizon South has (4) pools which are heated seasonally. The pool and clubhouse are just steps from this unit. Guests can relax in the hot tubs or spend some time on the tennis courts, challenge each other to shuffle board and enjoy putt-putt which are all located onsite in this gated community.

Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Minimum rental age is 25 years old. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.
All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.
I was looking for an inexpensive place so I wasn't expecting the Ritz but this place is a beat down and dirty bug-filled condo advertised as "steps from the sand." It's anything but that, more like a half-mile walk/drive then there's nowhere to park at most public beach access points. The spiral staircase to the kids' room is a safety hazard as the hand rail is plastic and flimsy. Complained about the water being shut off and was given the run around. Very unhelpful hosts! Won't be making this mistake again.
